As a Sales Associate, a member of a three-person investment sales team,
he provided trade execution services, company research and other investment services to small-to-medium sized
corporations and to high net worth individuals on a global basis.
After three years working at Lehman Brothers, he left in 1996 to start The Bryant Group.
The Founder
Dale Bryant holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport as well as an M.B.A. in Investment
Management from Pace University.
In 1989, Mr. Bryant started his career at Reich & Teng, LP, an investment advisory boutique. From 1989 to 1993,
he worked in the mutual fund investment division of Dean Witter Morgan Stanley. There he worked on
equity and fixed-income mutual funds. He left Dean Witter in 1993 to join the Private Client Services
department of Lehman Brothers.
